Basically what we have done, is add a High Performance and Specialty Surfboard Rental section to the website.  The boards we rent out of this section are a bit more expensive than our normal range of surfboards, due to the fact that they are very expensive to buy and maintain.  The point of these boards though is to cater to the needs of the more experienced traveling surfers.  If this is you, we know we have neglected you for our first year of operation, but no more.  Now we will gradually build a stock of boards to suit your needs, as well as our “off the rack surfboards” for everyday surfers.

We started with a 2008 model 9 1 McTavish F4 model longboard.  Its already proved to be a popular choice, so if you would like to book this board and think you are up to us, contact us soon.  It books out fast.  Any suggestions on the board that would suit your needs, let us know by email: bookings@goldcoastsurfboards.com.au.  We want to know what are the boards which you want to rent.  We get enough requests, we buy that board.  Its simple
